If you've been tuning into my weekly Spiritual Medicine Digest videos, then you already know that we have recently been undergoing some major Ascension "upleveling." Woo Hoo! With these Ascension upgrades comes new levels of awareness, empathy and new layers for us to heal. In order to deal with these new issues that are arising (and to integrate these Ascension energies) I have been downloading new frequencies that help assist me and my clients in their healing. The great news is that there are more frequencies being discovered everyday to help you heal in all areas of your life including love, health and even money! 

So what exactly are these frequencies and how do you download them?


One wonderfully effective resource I have come across is the Anahata Codes. 


Anahata Codes provide access to assisting frequencies already in the state of reality you wish to resonate with in order for your body to ascend into a place of balance and healing today by bathing your cells in the vibration of the intelligence of things which have information you body will use to balance.
