How do you go about discovering what is right for you? Typically, it’s by default. We do what we have been taught, what has been modeled for us since childhood. However, when we start having problems, like weight gain, health challenges or criticism from family and friends we start searching for answers. But how do we know how to sift through all that is out there to discover what is best for us? Trial and error? Because there is so much information, this could take along time and create a lot of stress along the way.As a chiropractic physician, Dr. Carolyn Mein has maintained an active practice for over 25 years in Rancho Santa Fe, California, and helps people daily to discover their body type and find what will work best for them. In addition to chiropractic, she holds degrees in Acupuncture, Applied Clinical Nutrition, and Bio-Nutrition.
