Eating gluten and dairy-free are wildly popular nowadays.

But why? Afterall, our direct human ancestors have been eating wheat and other grains for 3.4 million years.  Are these types of elimination diets really necessary?

I recently came across a book called Eat Wheat . It was a pretty fascinating read, because it suggests that the popular "grain brain" phenomenon is merely a myth. Rather, it suggests that the solution to food sensitivies lies in  decongesting the lymphatic system, rebooting our digestive strength, and shifting our food focus away from simple sugars to good, healthy fats, along with foods in their whole natural state.

Join me as I interview the author of Eat Wheat Dr. John Douillard, as we explore this topic and more including...

How is brain fog related to food sensitivities?
What are the benefits of eating with the seasons?
In terms of “repairing the damage” what is the first thing you usually look at with your patients struggling with digestive distress?
What does it mean to "eat fad free?"

and much more! Be sure to tune in LIVE to ask Dr. John your personal questions!
